Bushings act like the suspension on your bike. With bushings, there are a couple of things to think about. The more firm the bushing the more durable and longer it will last. A lighter person may want a slightly softer setting a heavier person or enduro style rider may want a firmer setup. All mount setups come with medium a90 bushings. Bushings are high quality durable and inexpensive. This is a wear item and can be replaced every year or two subject to motorcycle use.
