The butcher’s style blade is ideal for cleaving and trimming meats, while the 80/20 blade grind is finished with a razor-sharp, hollow ground edge. We have paid uncompromising attention to detail and used only the finest materials, such as German X50 stainless steel, to create a rust-resistant and easy-to-maintain blade. The knife also features solid bolsters and full tang construction, which give it great balance and heft. Bennie Kendrick is a resident of Santa Maria, a town on the Central California coast famous for its unique style of barbecue.
